Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Role

Structura is a technology platform that hosts and facilitates access to digital engineering, architecture, design, and construction-related content uploaded by independent Creators. Structura is not a licensed engineering firm, certifier, regulator, project manager, or professional services provider.

3. No Professional Advice / No Reliance

All content is provided for informational and conceptual purposes only.Structura does not verify accuracy, safety, code compliance (including Australian Standards), or fitness for a particular purpose. You must obtain independent professional review and approvals before any construction or real-world use. You assume full responsibility for how you use any content.

4. Assumption of Risk

Engineering, construction, and manufacturing carry inherent risk. Improper use of designs or files may cause catastrophic failure, personal injury, death, property damage, regulatory breach, or financial loss. You accept all risk arising from your use of the Platform and content.

5. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share credentials or allow unauthorized access.

6. User License & Restrictions

Content remains owned by the Creator (or rights holder). Your access does not transfer ownership. Unless explicitly permitted by a Creator license, you may not redistribute, resell, re-upload, sublicense, share login access, scrape, mass-download, or bypass access controls.

7. Creator Warranties

Creators represent and warrant that:

• They own or control all rights necessary to upload and license content.
• Content does not infringe IP, confidentiality, or third-party rights.
• Content is lawful to distribute and is not misleading or fraudulent.

8. Payments, Fees, Subscriptions

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. Platform fees/commissions may apply. Creators are responsible for all taxes and reporting obligations.

9. Takedowns & Enforcement

Structura may remove content or suspend accounts to protect the Platform, enforce these Terms, address legal risk, or respond to complaints. We do not guarantee hosting or availability of any content.

10. Termination

Structura may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach, fraud, abuse, legal risk, or security reasons. You may delete your account, but deletion is irreversible and may not remove records required for legal, fraud-prevention, or financial compliance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Structura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, structural failure, construction defects, regulatory breaches, personal injury, death, or property damage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Structura's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of AUD $100 or the amount you paid toStructura in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Structura, its officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third- party rights.

13. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Territory, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Northern Territory, Australia, unless mandatory consumer laws require otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
